3D scanning is an integral part of our project workflow, helping us ensure our designs fit into your existing infrastructure. We also offer 3D scanning and point cloud manipulation as a direct service, both at large (plant) and small (component) scale.

• Full scans of existing facilities in black & white or color
• Post scan services including partial or complete as-builting, construction verification, feature extraction, and clash detection
• High-precision (Up to 0.0015”) scans of machine components
• We will create as-builts of existing components, or use to ensure the compatibility of modified designs
• QA of manufactured components through “heat mapping” of the scan against the part model
